Grant Refunds

Any remaining Pell Grant funds due a student in excess of the book allowance will be made available after class attendance has been verified for the first two weeks of the term.

Announcement: Effective July 1, 2016 the College no longer offers the Southwest Refund Card, issued by Comdata and also known as the Comdata Debit Card.

Spring 2017

Starting Friday, February 10, 2017, all grant refund checks will be mailed daily via the U.S. Postal Service to the primary mailing address reflected in your My.Southwest account. Please ensure the mailing address is correct to prevent any delay in receiving your check. If changes are needed visit Admissions and Records on the Macon Cove or Union Avenue Campus.
